A workshop to learn how to select plant material and condition it and then arrange it in containers for a flower show. This workshop is lead by Louise Houle and Pegi Holtz, who will share their extensive knowledge about preparing entries for flower shows. Oh, and you'll have lots of fun too!
This sale features plants from members gardens. Hopefully lots of mature native perennials. We also have herb and vegetable seedlings from members. This year we will once again be bringing in hard to find native seedlings and shrubs from Ontario sources. The sale ends at noon or when we run out of plants. Come early.
Come to the Russell and District Horticultural Society annual Plant Sale to get some terrific plants shared from our members' gardens as well as annual vegetables started by the students at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School.
