To ensure that all Supporters of the Ontario Horticultural Association have full confidence in the Association and its handling of donations;

 

The following Supporter’s rights are recognized:

1.

To be informed of our Mission and the way we intend to use donated resources

2.

To be informed of the identity of our governing body

3.

To be assured that your gift will be used for the purpose(s) it was given

4.

To receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition of your gift

5.

To have the right to remain anonymous

6.

To be assured that information about your gift is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law

7.

To expect that your information will not be shared with any other organization

8.

To expect all dealings with us will be conducted in a professional manner
