Join us for the FUN and FESTIVITIES at the Oshawa Campus of Durham College.

Conveniently located at 2000 Simcoe Street North, Oshawa L1G 0C5 with easy access from Hwys 401 or 407.

Plans for the 2026 OHA Convention are under way. We are looking forward to a chance to reconnect and spend time with our favourite people, listen to exciting speakers, see some amazing gardens, check out and participate in a wide variety of competitions, and so much more!

Registration is now open!

🌼 Up to June 15, 2026: $300 – Early Bird Rate includes full registration, morning breaks (Friday & Saturday), seminar speakers, Friday evening entertainment, Silent Auction, Saturday Evening Awards Presentation and Key Note Speaker
🌼 June 15 to to July 10, 2026: $350 – Standard Rate includes full registration, morning breaks (Friday & Saturday), seminar speakers, Friday evening entertainment, Silent Auction, Saturday Evening Awards Presentation and Key Note Speaker
🌼 One day rate: $200 – One-Day Rate includes morning break, seminar speakers, Friday evening entertainment (if registering for Friday), Silent Auction, Saturday Evening Awards Presentation and Key Note Speaker (if registered for Saturday)
🌼 Botanical Drawing Workshop: Saturday afternoon workshop (please see the Speakers document below for details). There is a $20 fee for materials. Only 50 places available!
🌼 Bus Tours: You can sign up for bus tours when registering (please see the Bus Tour document below for details). Guided bus tours are $45 each, and run from 1:00–4:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday. Please fill out and email us a Bus Waiver Form (see the Bus Tour information below) after you register. Only one form is needed per person.
🌼 Meals: You can sign up for meals when registering (please see the Convention Meals document below for details, including pricing). The registration form allows you to specify any dietary restrictions.

Please note:
Accommodations, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, alcoholic beverages, workshop, and bus trips are additional costs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available for purchase—for all the details, please look at the Convention Meals documents below. Please don’t forget to indicate any food allergies when registering.

Delegates may reserve 2-bedroom suites at the Convention group rate of CAD $109.95 per night (plus HST and fees). We are limited to 165 Suites total on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the cutoff date for the accommodations special rate is July 15, 2026. We encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.

Complimentary parking is provided for all registrants. Please see information below for a description of the suites.
