Fundraisers

Held our annual plant sale in Novar raising in excess of $1,000. Worked on building a 6 foot nutcracker for raffle in 2026. Promoted the Garden's Ontario fall bulb sales.

Highlights

Our Seedy Saturday held in March of 2025 was a great success, we provided seeds, information on planting and vendors. a soil block demonstration, a display of plant growth in a Hydroponics, a children table questions and discussions with our expert gardeners. Our monthly meetings included speakers on preserving /canning your garden produce, saving your local turtles, a flower bouquet workshop, monarch butterfly project, a members flower show and a field trip to the Marquee Farm Tour and bee keeping.
