Annual Plant Sale- Members donate plants, garden implements and decorations to sell at the parking lot that showcases the Lighthouse on our website pictures. it is open to the general public. This year we raised $984.55.

Highlights

1. Dunnville Lions Home Show - This is our way of giving back to the community and to have a membership drive. This years Theme was "A river runs through it" We had a "flowing water" display that was a "refuge" and a selfie picture place. We again had a place for children to pot up pansies to take home and also had free seeds for the adults as well. We had a draw prize for new members signing up during the Home Show.
2. We contributed to the Local 4H Cloverbuds and participated in their activity day.
3. We had our Members Only Garden tour.

Society/Club Volunteer HoursThe volunteer hours we spend illustrates how valuable we are in our communities and across Ontario. As an analytical tool, volunteer hours can also be used to determine where time is being spent within a Society/Club, District, or organization which helps us make important decisions on programs, fundraising, and budget. For instance, horticultural Society/Club members volunteered 445,387 hours in 2024!
