Special events for 2025 included hosting the District 12 Fall Planning Meeting, Spring Plant Sale, Seeding and Planting Workshops, and Garden Tours.

A very successful Spring Plant and Seed Sale held in June 2025.

Highlights

We hold monthly meetings from March to November. We held an early seed sowing workshop in early May; held a well-attended plant and seed sale in June; hosted and participated in garden tours through the summer months; worked on community garden beds at the Timmins Museum and the Circle Garden at Gillies Lake throughout the spring and summer. In the fall we participated in Welcome to Timmins Night sponsored by the North Bay and and District Multicultural Centre; hosted the District 12 OHA Fall Planning Meeting; and held a potluck dinner.
