Highlights

We held two Flower Shows - Spring and Summer. We held a very successful Auction in May. Our bus trip in June to the Guelph Area was a sell-out. We had our annual Picnic in the Park in July. Our Native Healing Garden in Silver Lake Park continues to expand. Our Plant Sales in May and September were also very successful. Several Floral Workshops throughout the year were very popular. We had several presentations by excellent speakers at our monthly meetings.

Society/Club Volunteer HoursThe volunteer hours we spend illustrates how valuable we are in our communities and across Ontario. As an analytical tool, volunteer hours can also be used to determine where time is being spent within a Society/Club, District, or organization which helps us make important decisions on programs, fundraising, and budget. For instance, horticultural Society/Club members volunteered 445,387 hours in 2024!
