Raffle held in April 2025 to raise funds consisting of a Garden chair set with table, garden tools etc and a local garden centre gift certificate

Highlights

To start the year off members packed seeds, which others had collected in the fall. These seeds where available free at the Library for all to take
Our society planted flowers in many planters & beds throughout the village, along with a veggie garden
In June the Society attended a Seniors information day in Blind River
Revamping Downtown flower beds near LCBO was accomplished this year. And in October we had a Scarecrow display here.
A few members participated in the Village July celebration parade dressed in olden days costumes
