April 11, 2026, we are planning a Special Spring Seminar for approximately100 people with three speakers Lorraine Johnston, Sean James, and Joanne Rachfalowski with lunch, tea and coffee breaks, door prizes, silent auction, and vendors. To be held at Hawke Ridge Golf and Country Club in Orillia

Highlights

1. Community Improvement Award - We presented this award to Streets Alive Productions, Mariposa Pollinators & Green Orillia project "Pollinator Friendly". A variety of native flowers were painted & posted on lamp posts in Downtown Orillia to highlight the plight of pollinators and the role that native plants play.
2. Pollinator Garden Grant for a new Pollinator Garden at Elgin Bay Condo. Created a Garden Plan, advised choice of plants, co ordinated discounts with native plant nurseries, helped plant gardens& install Pollinator Signage.
