Our society held a Plant sale May 10th from 10-12 a.m. where we made $480.00
Our Garden Tour sold 105 passports and we brought in $4282.69 in profit

Highlights

The Thorndale & Area Horticulture Society had a very successful year with a great line up of speakers and large attendance for our monthly meetings.
We held a plant sale in May and a Garden Tour in June. The garden tour was very successful, with an increase in passports sold.
Our community garden work crews kept the gardens looking great and had daytime and evening crews.
We continued our support of the Fanshawe College Horticulture Technician Program by donating $500. scholarship.
We entered a float in the Thorndale Fair and won two awards.
