Fundraisers

Made outside porch pot arrangements for Christmas Party. Members purchase tickets and put in containers that coincide with the arrangements/prizes they wish to win. Monies raised is donated to Lakeshore Community Centre Food Bank. This year the club was able to donate $1,400.00.

Highlights

Established a pollinator/native garden in Lakeview Park and planted two new standard Hydrangea trees in Gazebo garden. Had a successful Plant Market and sold bags of worm castings. Held a Kid's Planting Workshop for Grade 3 students, who potted up and took home a hanging basket to their mother. Raised $1,400 at our Christmas Party which was donated to the local food bank.
