About Us

The Preston Horticultural Society is a non-profit organization that meets the first Wednesday of the month, with exception for January, July and August at the Allen Reuter Centre (507 King St., Preston, Cambridge).
Meeting are held at 7pm with a social (tea and goodies) and a speaker. Meetings and topics by monthly speakers are announced in the "Cambridge Times" under Around Town and "The Record" under Community Calendar.

Whether you are a new gardener or an experienced gardener, members are encouraged to attend monthly educational meetings that feature guest speakers, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations. A plant sale is held each year in the spring to raise extra monies. The plants that we sell have been potted or grown from slips by our members.
