Flower Farmer Florist. 2023 is our 15th growing season. Canadian Regional Director
for the ASCFG for the past 2 terms, About 5 acres of cut flowers in production.
Growing in the field, in heated and unheated greenhouse/tunnels. Cut flowers
blooming from mid March to November. Located just north of St. Thomas Ontario.
25,000 Tulips, +30,000 sunflowers, 2000+ established peony bushes, about 1 acre in
dahlia production, pussy willows and other woody cut stems in production, thousands
of lisianthus, zinnia, snapdragon, celosia and other annual cut flowers.
Sell at local farmers markets, small local grocery stores, bouquet subscription service,
60+ weddings in 2022. On-farm bouquet sales, hosted on-farm tours and workshops, 2
yrs have grown a 1 acre sunflower field maze. Online arrangement sales and delivery,
funeral and sympathy design. Winter scaping and wreath making.
In season, locally grown, unique and amazingly beautiful flowers.
Have presented (spoken and/or design) at the Guelph Organic Conference, ACORN
Conference, ASCFG Conferences and regional meetings, EFAO panelist, St.Thomas
Horticultural Society, London Master Gardeners, Aylmer Horticultural Society and other
horticultural societies.
Daughter of a St. Thomas Horticultural Past President, Great granddaughter/daughter
and niece of life long Horticultural Society members.
