“Monarch Butterflies” Speaker: Arletta Huson
MAY 13, 2026 Trees Talk if you are willing to Listen – Arborist Ruurd van de Ven explains how trees communicate and interact with each other.

Our May guest speaker is Mike Parrish. Mike will be speaking to us about the ins and outs of Dahlias. ——- Doors open at 7 pm with the meeting starting at 7:30 pm. Visitors always welcome. There is a nominal fee of $5 to help offset the cost of speakers.
Brenda Symns will be our presenter for the evening. Brenda will be going some floral demonstrations.

This is an annual event to celebrate the liberation of Holland in WWII. Our area has a number of people with Dutch heritage, some of whom will share their stories at this event. There is a BBQ, cake, artwork by the local high school, music and often airforce fly overs.
