Mike Janssen, owner, will share his farm's holistic approach in caring for trees, and explain the ecological growing practices used to promote tree health, foster biodiversity and reduce impact on the natural environment.

    Zachary Douglas, owner/grower will be talking about his farm, Berries by the Bay, which is situated along the shores of Lake Ontario and started its first year of operation in 2022. The farm offers 2 types of fruit, incredibly unique and relatively unknown to this region:--  Saskatoon berries and Haskap berries.

    St. Peter’s Anglican Church 4333 Bath Road, Kingston

    Horticultural and Floral Design Show is open to society members and has classes in garden plants, houseplants and decorative floral arrangements. Entries to be in place by 6:45 p.m., with judging taking place at 7:00 p.m. Viewing of entries follows meeting.
