Cannington Horticultural Soceity is pleased to announce that Rob Alexander, an experienced orchardist from Nature’s Bounty, will present  “Fruit Trees: Pruning & Care.” Nature’s Bounty is a well known orchard located on the Oak Ridges Moraine near Port Perry, featuring 24 varieties of high-quality apples and a wide range of fresh vegetables.
With years of hands-on experience at Nature’s Bounty, Rob will share his expertise and practical knowledge on the art of pruning fruit trees. You will learn essential tips and skills for maintaining healthy and productive fruit trees. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn from an expert in the field.

The 2025 season marks a momentous occasion for the Cannington Horticultural Society as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We are incredibly proud of the accomplishments and contributions this club has made over the past half-century.

As we look forward, we hope to continue growing our club and welcome new members to join us in enjoying the wonderful world of horticulture. We invite you to explore the natural world, work with plants, and connect with the earth as we learn about the diverse life that surrounds us – join us and learn, grow & enjoy with CHS.

Doors open at 7pm – Registration Table open.
