MISSION STATEMENT OF DISTRICT 11
To promote and encourage involvement in and enhancement of all aspects of Canadian Life relating to Horticulture, as well as Conservation, Protection and Improvement of the Environment.
To establish and support District Horticultural Societies for Adults and Youth.
