The OHA‘s vision is to create a supportive environment for gardeners of all ages and all walks of life. In District 3 we are doing this through fostering the growth of our member societies and encouraging the use of ecofriendly horticultural practices to promote the production of food, beautification of our communities and the conservation of the environment.
