Ridgetown & District Horticultural Society

District 11

About Us

Ridgetown & District Horticultural Society celebrated 100 years in 2020.

Our Society is an affiliate of the Ontario Horticultural Association and is a not-for-profit public service organization recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs.

We hold monthly general meetings that feature speakers, demonstrations or workshops. We also offer a yearly Plant Sale and actively participate in the beautification of Ridgetown and surrounding areas.

Everyone is welcome to join the Society. Our membership includes Novice to Experts. There is a place for all level of gardeners: small gardens, large gardens, balconies, container, vegetables, tropical or perennial, we love them all.

Monthly speakers offer a wide range of horticultural and nature inspired themes.
