North Bay Horticultural Society
District 18
The mandate of the North Bay Horticultural Society is to foster the love of gardening and the beautification of our city. Members include friendly local gardeners with all levels of experience and knowledge who enjoy learning more about gardening.
Come to our meetings and enjoy guest speakers who offer a wide range of topics. Also popular is the question and answer segment with local Master Gardeners and a social.
We hold our popular plant sale, group garden activities with garden installations at Canadore College and Nipissing University, the upkeep at the YMCA and the waterfront lilac bed, a strawberry social etc.
We hold seven meetings from March to June & September to November which is our Annual General Meeting. In most cases, meetings are on the 3rd Monday of each month but please see the schedule to verify the dates.
