Cobourg and District Horticultural Society
District 4
We are a community based group devoted to sharing our love of gardening and all other aspects of horticulture. We advocate sound environmental practices and provide educational opportunities for members through presentations at our meetings. We provide a welcoming venue for all who enjoy gardening and wish to learn in a friendly setting. We recognize that an interest in gardening may grow into a passion if nurtured.

Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, excluding January, July and August. Our evenings begin at 7:00 p.m. with a social time when refreshments are served. Our business meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. and is followed by our speaker for the evening.
Please note: We are meeting via Zoom while pandemic restrictions are in effect.
Members receive a discount at local nurseries. You will also gain helpful knowledge from our speakers and through the exchange of information with other members. We raise funds with an annual plant sale. Proceeds from the sale support our garden activities in Cobourg and fund our Scholarship program.
