Winona Horticultural Society January meeting and AGM

Due to a change in procedure for filing our year-end report, we are required to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) before Feburary 1, 2024. Usually we would hold it at our February meeting, but in order to comply with the new regulation, we are doing it at our meeting this coming Wednesday, January 17 at 7:30pm. It’s imperative that we have a quorum for this meeting, so please make every effort to attend.
The AGM doesn’t take very long, so we thought we’d spend the rest of the evening with a good-old-fashioned, gardening gab fest. We’ll top up our coffee (tea/juice), grab a snack, and share stories, challenges, and tips or hacks from our own experience. Feel free to bring photos, magazine articles, or other “props” to illustrate. If you would like a photo or printed item shown on the screen, please e-mail it to Helene (hebrulebesner@gmail.com), as soon as possible, please. We’d especially like to see or hear about how your garden (or houseplants) did last year, and what you are planning for this year.
We will also be continuing the collection for Mission Services that we started at the pot luck in December.
We’re looking forward to a fun evening, and hope you will be able to join us. Bring your friends, too – everyone’s welcome!
