In the early 20th century Richmond Hill was known as the “rose capital” of Canada. Join us as we step back in time to hear about and see visuals of the story of this “blooming” industry and the greenhouse companies that put Richmond Hill on the map at a national level.
Our presenter this evening will be a representative of Richmond Hill’s Heritage Services.
All general meetings begin with a welcome and general announcements, which precede the introduction of the guest speaker.
