March General Meeting: Guest Speaker Stephanie Rose “The Regenerative Garden”

This evening’s speaker is adamant that a regenerative garden is so much more than sustainable, and also more than resilient.  This is why she will endeavor to convince us how and why we should transform our gardens into self-sustaining ecosystems that follow the path of nature.  Join us as Stephanie Rose shares six key components of a regenerative garden from her new book, The Regenerative Garden: 80 Practical Projects for Creating a Self-Sustaining Garden Ecosystem.

Stephanie's latest bookStephanie Rose is an award-winning author, freelance writer, and instructor who aims to encourage healing and wellness through gardening. She is trained as a Master Gardener, Permaculture Designer, Herbalist, and Natural Skincare Formulator. Stephanie spends her time as a gardener, writer, and artist in Vancouver,  where she has turned her small urban yard into a garden therapy heaven. She is passionate about organic gardening, natural healing, and art as part of life. Her mission is to bring the joys of garden therapy to everyone she meets, which serves her well in her volunteer work as a Master Gardener.

All general meetings begin with a welcome and general announcements, which precede the introduction of the guest speaker.
