Featured Speaker Presentation:  “Harvesting Your Crop at Its Peak for Flavour and Storage”, Amy Turnbull, Master Gardener

Amy Turnbull has been faculty at Fanshawe College, teaching plant biology, plant agriculture and microbiology for the last decade. She is the coordinator for the Chemical Laboratory Technology and Environmental Technology programs, and does applied research at Fanshawe’s industrial biotechnology labs.

Amy is a Master Gardener, and grows over 120 varieties of vegetables in her 5000 sq ft home garden.
