We are trilled to welcome back Guest Speaker Ben Cesar. Ben is an expert in the “Edible Garden.” He will show us just how many different plants are growing in our gardens and in the wild that are a delicious addition to our plates. It’s important to know what to look for and how to prepare it, Ben can give us the details! Who knew hosta flowers could be so delicious?!
