Members: Instructions for participation in this virtual event will be emailed to members twice – once on the Friday prior to the meeting, and again on Monday. Visitors: Guests are welcome to participate in this virtual meeting at no charge. Instructions for participation will be emailed to non-society members who fill out a registration form prior to the meeting start time by visiting https://www.richmondhillgardensociety.org/event-5074815 and clicking on the “Register” button.
ABOUT IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION
We are excited to welcome our members and visitors back to in-person events at the McConaghy Centre at 10100 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill!
- Doors to the auditorium open at 7 pm
- The meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 pm
- AGM activities are being conducted in-person
- Please bring a mug or cup if you would like coffee or tea
- Please wear a mask
