The Ontario Horticultural Association (OHA) / GardenOntario Annual General Meeting will reunite the affiliated Societies/Clubs. The OHA’s Society/Club members from around the province will come together at this year’s AGM to participate in the important business of the association.

Each Society/Club will need to decide who will represent them at this important meeting for the OHA and register using this form. One form is required for each individual attending. Please ensure each individual knows if they are registering as either a “voting” or “non-voting” delegate.

Each Society/Club will need to review their proxy form submitted for the July 19, 2025, Annual General Meeting. Proxy Forms from July 19, 2025, are still Valid for November 22, 2025; however, a NEW Proxy Form may be submitted by the Societies/Clubs for November 22, 2025.
