| Highlights | We made $1,950 for our club at two plant sales. Gave a $500 bursary to a grad from local high school. Planted 2 native sugar maples (locally grown) at Omanique Park on Barry’s Bay’s waterfront. Donated $750 to the Food Bank (from Strawberry Social and Christmas potluck raffle). Maintained about 35 flower beds and planters in Barry’s Bay and Combermere. Held a Flower & Vegetable Show where 29 members exhibited 229 entries. Printed yearbooks and rack cards. Held annual garden tour attended by 84 visitors. Held annual BBQ and auction. | ||||||||
