As a trained a Horticulturalist, who graduated from the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture, I had a career
in the public and private sector. I have been a long-time member of the OHA both in Fergus and Guelph
Societies and a member of the Garden Club of Kitchener Waterloo. Since retiring I have been a big
participant of flower shows both in Horticulture and Design. I am a certified OHA Judge in Horticulture and
Design and an Accredited Horticulture Judge with the Garden Clubs of Ontario as well as a Rose Judge. I am
member of the Canadian Rose society. I am currently Studying to be a Design Judge with the Garden Clubs of
Ontario. I enjoy judging at many societies and fall fairs and speaking/demonstrate at local societies. Curling,
golf and fishing are my other passions.
