About Us

Objectives of the Club:
The objectives of the Club are to encourage interest and improvement in horticulture by:
-holding meetings for instruction and discussion on subjects connected with the theory and practice of horticulture
-demonstrating Environmental practices
-encouraging the improvement of private and public grounds, by the planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, and by otherwise promoting outdoor art, public beautification, balcony gardening, and the therapeutic use of horticulture
-encouraging youth and others in the study of horticulture by holding meetings, field trips, contests and competitions and by such other means as the Club considers proper
-distributing seeds, plants, bulbs, flowers, trees and shrubs
-promoting the protection of the environment with appropriate horticultural projects
-promoting the circulation of horticultural information through all available media.

September 2025-August 2026 Fees: Single $15.00, Couple $20.00, Youth $2.00, Guest $5.00

Monthly meetings are usually held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:45 pm. However, please check the program calendar for the correct date.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. at the North Simcoe Sports & Recreation Centre in the Askennonia Room.
