Please note:
- Do not send payment with your order, we must add postage where necessary (even if items are free of charge).
- An invoice will be sent with your order including postage.
- Please pay the final amount listed on the invoice when it arrives.
- All cheques must be made payable to The Ontario Horticultural Association and mailed to the address on the order form.
Filling In the Order Form
- Click the image above to download the order form, then open the PDF document. It may open in your browser automatically. That is okay too.
- Fill in the Quantity and Total for each item you wish to order. The form will automatically calculate the totals at the bottom of the sheet.
- Enter your contact information, including your District and Society at the bottom of the page.
- Save the PDF document. Remember the filename, you will use it below!
Uploading Your Order Form
- Fill in the form below. Click the button “Choose File” and select the PDF document you just saved.
- Click the “Submit” button at the bottom to send us your order. You should receive a confirmation email.
