Magnetawan Horticultural Society

District 18

About Us

We are a proud group of volunteers with a love for gardening. We believe in having fun! Keeping our community beautiful with gardens and planters is just a small part of who and what we are. Although only established since 2017 we have come a long way!
We host Magnetawan Blooms annually-a garden competition, occasional themed decorate your mailbox/front door contest and support our local school with a vegetable growing contest and horticultural themed crafts several times a year.
Our most recent and biggest project to date is a Community Garden, built in 2021. Fresh vegetables are available to anyone who wants them with free delivery or pickup.
Look us up on Facebook for up to date information on what's happening in our Society.
