About Us

The St. Thomas & District Horticultural Society has the distinction of being the oldest, continuous running society in Elgin County. Established in 1870.

The floral symbol for our society is a historic Hybrid Tea Rose “Crimson Glory”. We encourage new members to join our society, you can be sure of a warm welcome, no experience necessary just a love of gardening.
