Annual General Meeting AGM turkey dinner plus much more — all welcome

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on November 21st at the Smiths Falls Civitan Club.
Happy hour starts @ 5pm with a cash bar.
A silent auction of items donated by members will be managed by Lorna Stewart.
A ticket is given you at the door and your number is used to identify you should you be the successful bidder.
Dinner is at 6pm and is $20 per person, which includes turkey and all the trimmings, coffee, tea and dessert.
Unfortunately, the deadline has passed to sign up for the dinner itself but you are still welcome to attend the part of the evening that begins following the dinner.
The business portion starts at 7pm, at which time awards and elections begin. (Please note: only members may vote).
Following the business meeting, we will have a winter floral arrangement demonstration by Marietta Jones, owner of Fiori Row in Perth. Marietta will design 3 winter-themed arrangements to be auctioned off at the end of the evening.
We also have Christmas centerpieces donated by members for the tables. We will vote for a 1st place winner and that winner will pick a centerpiece to take home, so if you would like to make one and enter contact Laura Hunter, our President, @ laurahunter611@gmail.com or call 613-485-4206.
Our own Steve Svarckopf will auction the rest of the centerpieces.
