Growing and Designing with Flowers

The mother-daughter duo of Nancy Jordan and Katrina Blackburn will give a talk and demo, beginning with Nancy offering tips and strategies for flower-growing in our region. Katrina will then demonstrate how to create a simple, seasonal bouquet to brighten any occasion.
The pair are behind Ganden Gardens Flower Farm & Floral Studio and spend most days in a field, garden or greenhouse and covered in dirt and flower petals. Their love of nature and its delicate intricacies is reflected in their gardening style, and shows in their floral designs. Nancy is the primary grower, and Katrina is head of sales/marketing and floral design and production.
