The Stirling & District Horticultural Society hosts Tim Hobbs owner of TruNorth Daylilies who will speak about his passion and growing daylilies in the home garden. We will also be able to enjoy viewing the entries and results of the June Flower Show. Refreshments and a social time will follow. Everyone is welcome.

The Stirling & District Horticultural Society is holding a Bring & Brag Auction to celebrate our gardening successes. Members donate the fruits of their labour- fresh garden produce, preserves, plants, etc., along with garden accents, paraphernalia and miscellaneous items. All profits go to the Society to help with community work in various forms. Bring your cash and your sense of humour. There will also be a mini show and refreshments. The Stirling & District Horticultural Society hosts Elizabeth Churcher and George Thomson who will speak about Gardening for Climate Change at our regular monthly meeting. Elizabeth Churcher and George Thomson, retired educators who both studied biology at university, live on one hundred acres amid beautiful rolling fields and wooded hillsides, just south of Tweed.
