She’s now a self-taught no-till gardener\, utilizing YouTube as a resource. Her greenhouse features hugelkulture beds\, and all her outdoor gardens are heavily mulched with wood chips\, with impressive results. \nStephanie’s background in biology has given her a deep understanding of building garden ecosystems and fostering biodiversity for optimal plant health. She often says\, “In truth\, I have a lot more fun watching all the creatures living in my greenhouse than eating the actual food I grow!
