Topic: Selecting the Right Seeds for a Successful Harvest
Rebecca Morse has been cultivating her passion for agriculture since 1999, when she launched and operated an organic vegetable farm for
15 years. A seasonal job with a seed company in 2010 evolved into a career as she discovered her passion for product development,
managing vegetable and flower variety trials and visiting regional trials across North America.
Today, as Product Manager at West Coast Seed Company, Rebecca brings over two decades of experience to the table, identifying
exceptional new cultivars and high performing standards. Her work reflects her commitment to supporting sustainable agriculture and
empowering growers with tools for success.
